A little light relief

To be honest I am sick to death of the Autism Hub

Well to be honest I am sick to death of just about everything lately.

Here is a little light relief recorded on my digital camera tonight, not the best recording quality, but here is my "kitchen" yamaha junk shop flute, and my 200 year old Richard Potter flute for comparison.

And here I am in the woods enjoying myself in a time very different from this one.

So leave me alone world all I want to do is to be.

I am, I have a life to lead outside of the blogosphere.

This blog world is descending into the realm of pantomime

The important thing for me to realise is that it does not matter what other bloggers think of me what is important is to firmly establish my ideas in the academic world.

I am facing road blocks with funding to continue the course and get my MEd as you have done which is why I am thinking of side stepping again to a PHD which can attract funding.

If no one steals my idea I may well be onto a winner there at Birmingham because I have discussed it briefly today and got a good reception.

I am fed up of people on these blogs pissing on my ideas because they are not from the traditional scientific paradigm but a different domain of academic knowlege.

The joke is on them when they start praising the works of Nadesan who is coming from that same field as me, or Grinker who is taking a look from another of the humanities.

For all I am annoyed that they are exospectrum books, they seem to be the ones that are making the biggest inroads against the Kirbyite faction, not the continuing exchange of papers in the traditional scimed journals.

In terms of making a serious dent in the official picture that dumbds down the abilities and achievements of the autistic person... yes, I think that would a good thing to emphasise.

That sucks - big time. What's going wrong? Have you done enough to get either the PgCert or the PgDip? (60CATS=PgCertSpEd and 120CATS =PgDipSpEd).

I dunno about pissing on them... I've not seen that happening myself... it may be hard for many to get into deconstruction as easily as you do.

Sadly, we autistics are not making the headway we do need to make in all this. There needs to be a shift in gear with that, I think. Blogging is a good way to get things known quite fast, but it's not a good way to make ideas stick.

The PGCert is pretty much in the bag if I don't slack, it is paid for, it is what comes after that is uncertain, Fees have to be paid up front in September and I still have not cleared my credit card debts.
